1up reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, corruption, or any external factor that undermines the integrity of the sporting event. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account.

These games are governed by the random number generation and game logic embedded in the provider's software. 1up does not alter game outcomes and the results produced by the software are final subject to the dispute process described below.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting 1up support. Voluntary account closures will be processed with the verified balance returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.
All content on the 1up Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the property of 1up or its content and software licensors. This content is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission from 1up.
Game content displayed within the Platform — including slot game graphics, live casino streams, and sports data — is provided under licence from third-party providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. 1up provides the Platform on an "as is" basis.
